27. Dawn Prayer II

Mark 1:35

35 Before daybreak the next morning, Jesus got up and went out to an isolated place to pray.

The gospel is God's plan.

Therefore, the power of the gospel can be obtained through God's method.

The life of faith is not led based on the will or ability of man, but only through the power of God.

Christians must know God's way.

Why did the Israelites who left Egypt had to spend 40 years in the wilderness? Because the way they live in Egypt is different from the way they live in the wilderness.

Life in Egypt is to live as a slave.

There was no other hope for them in Egypt.

All you have to do is eat well and sleep warmly every day.

But the wilderness is the way to Canaan.

In Canaan, we have to live in a different identity.

Therefore, in the wilderness, we must live with different attitudes and different standards.

It is the same with being saved.

It's not about living by the world's standards.

Christians are people who live God's way.

For such Christians, dawn is very important.

This is because the dawn is the blessed time that God has promised.

1. Dawn is a time to have a deep encounter with God.

In the Bible, God mostly worked at dawn.

Charles Spurgeon said Morning Prayer is the key that unlocks the door of blessing.

Early Morning Prayer is precious not because of earnestness, but because it is the time that God has promised.

Dawn is not a time created by man, but a time set apart by God.

24 But just before dawn the Lord looked down on the Egyptian army from the pillar of fire and cloud, and he threw their forces into total confusion. (Exodus 14:24).

2 Be ready in the morning to climb up Mount Sinai and present you to me on the top of the mountain. (Exodus 34:2).

15 On the seventh day the Israelites got up at dawn and marched around the town as they had done before. But this time they went around the town seven times. (Joshua 6:15).

35 Before daybreak the next morning, Jesus got up and went out to an isolated place to pray. (Mark 1:35).

Some people wonder if God hears prayers only at dawn.

Of course, God does not only hear prayers at dawn.

He always listens to our prayers.

The problem is that we don't focus as much on prayer as we think after dawn. A person who sets a prayer time at dawn and prays leads a completely different life from a person who does not pray regularly.

A person who prays in the morning is a person who has a fixed prayer time and place for prayer every day.

2. Dawn is a time to pray so that we do not fall into temptation.

The Lord told his disciples to pray that they would not fall into temptation.

The reason a Christian must be a man of dawn is so that he does not fall into temptation every day.

40 There he told them, “Pray that you will not give in to temptation.” (Luke 22:40).

Praying at dawn means praying early, but it also means praying without ceasing every day.

Christians are always living in temptation.

In order to overcome temptations, we must put on the power of the Lord every day.

The time when a Christian can come before God regularly every day is at dawn.

Martin Luther said, "If you don't pray in the morning, one day you will become a prisoner of the devil."

3. The master of the dawn is the master of the day.

Since man is a creature of God, the most blessed life is to live in the way God has ordained.

Many people point to physical fatigue as a reason for having difficulty in early Morning Prayer. This is because he forgot the dawn and adopted the wrong lifestyle as the evening type.

Evening is an emotional time and dawn is a rational time. At dawn, the right brain is active. The right brain is creative and imaginative.

I don't dance at dawn or seek pleasure.

The dawn is the time of the spirit, the time of the spirit, and the time of God.

Working one hour in the morning is equivalent to working three hours during the day. High concentration and creativity.

In a competitive society, whoever starts first wins?

Starting late in the morning can make you feel defeated psychologically than the appointment time.

The person who arrives first and waits will lead the conversation.

A morning person is someone who starts the day first.

In economics, there is Pareto's Law. The rule of thumb is that 20% rule 80%.

A person who makes good use of the early morning hours, which is 20 percent of the day, can have a successful day.

The dawn of a day is the future of one day, the dawn of a month is the future of a year, and the dawn of a year is the future of life.

The prayer offered in the first hour of that important day is the rope that makes the heavenly bell ring. Amen
